A bulldog's life can't be all work! Well, actually none of it is... but we owners get to have some fun too. Below you will find pictures of the club members and our bullies as we gather to have some fun.

—March 2008 Spring Picnic —

— October 2007 Halloween Gathering —

The 2007 Halloween gathering took place at Woodglen Park in Santee. The weather cooperated by being nice enough for shorts, but still cool enough for the bullies - and the abundant shade at the park helped too! We had an incredible bulldog costume contest with some great entrants and prizes to the "Top Dogs". There was also an Obedience OA Match for our bullies to participate in.

— August 2007 Summer Picnic —

The BCGSD 2007 Summer Picnic was held this year at Dusty Rhodes Park. BCGSD members and guests gathered to enjoy some quality time with other bullies and their people, as well as some delicious food - including barbecued burgers, hot dogs, and all the fixins! Bulldog Rescue had baked goods for sale, as well as items for the silent and live auctions. All present enjoyed themselves and a few passersby were heard to say "I've never seen so many of those in one place before!" (We hope they were talking about the bullies)

— March 2007 Spring Picnic —

The Bulldog Club held their 2007 Spring Picnic in Del Mar, and a good time was had by all! For the two legged attendees there was food catered in by El Pollo Loco as well as a bake sale to benefit Bulldog Rescue, while our four legged friends participated in an Easter Egg hunt - with treat filled eggs. (Although a few were seen enjoying El Pollo Loco as well)
The day finished with a silent and a live auction with the proceeds going to Bulldog Rescue. Many items were up for auction including stuffed animals, mugs, and collars. Congratulations to the lucky bidders!

— December 2006 Holiday Party —

The club's 2006 Holiday party was a huge success! The evening began with cocktails and conversation, followed by dinner and desserts. After eating, we held the board election and the Holiday Gift Exchange. A special thanks goes out to Elaine and her crew of special helpers.
